What are the advantages of having a website?

Your website will act as a permanent shop window and advert for your business. Include your website address in all of your advertising, letterheads, cards, vehicle signwriting, etc., and all your potential customers can visit your website at any time they choose.
Your website is much larger than your average advert, with potentially much more functionality. Use it to describe your business, to highlight what your business has to offer, show prices, showcase your workmanship, the choice is yours.
Use your website to answer all the usual queries that customers normally ask, thereby reducing the time taken answering phonecalls. Whatever size your business, your website will free up your time.

What else do I pay?

You pay a one-off fee for the design and build of your website plus a fee for your first-year hosting, which includes free support and updates. After that you will need to renew your hosting annually, and your domain name registration two-yearly.
If you wish to upgrade your website, for example adding more pages, a one-off fee would be payable at the time, but your yearly renewal fees would not alter.

What if I already have hosting?

Your website, once designed and built, needs to be uploaded to webspace provided by your hosting provider. When your website goes 'live' on the web, that's not the end of it ... it needs maintaining. Occasionally things need changing ... addresses, photos, text, etc. When you host with Soames Web Solutions, you automatically get free support and updates, ensuring that your website remains up to date, and looking at it's best. Unfortunately, if you choose to host your website yourself, Soames Web Solutions cannot offer free support and updates.
